What file formats and resolutions do you support?+
We export MP4 (H.264 or HEVC codec) and WebM. Choose 720p, 1080p, or 4K resolution. Frame rates: 24, 30, or 60 fps. Alpha channel transparency available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
How long does a typical render take?+
1080p videos render in 3–5 minutes for 60 seconds of content. 4K adds another 3–4 minutes. Batch jobs queue automatically; 50 videos typically finish overnight. Priority rendering (2x speed) available on Enterprise.
Can I use my own brand assets—fonts, colors, logos?+
Yes. Upload your brand kit once (fonts as OTF/TTF, logos as PNG/SVG, hex codes). Every template and AI-generated scene will auto-apply your style. Updates propagate to all future projects.
Is my data stored in Canada, or does it cross the US border?+
